The VIOX VRL22F Type F RCBO provides residual-current, overload and short-circuit protection for AC 50/60 Hz circuits supplying inverter-controlled equipment. It detects sinusoidal AC, pulsating DC and mixed-frequency residual currents up to 1 kHz. The series offers 2-63 A ratings, 2P and 4P configurations, B/C/D curves, 10-300 mA sensitivities and 6 kA or 10 kA short-circuit ratings.

Overview

The VIOX VRL22F is a Type F residual current circuit breaker with overcurrent protection for AC 50/60 Hz circuits. It provides residual-current, overload and short-circuit protection while detecting sinusoidal AC, pulsating DC and mixed-frequency residual currents up to 1 kHz. Its protective functionality is maintained with superimposed smooth DC up to 10 mA, although smooth DC fault currents are not detected. Available 2P and 4P configurations support residential, commercial and light industrial circuits supplying single-phase inverter-controlled equipment.
