RCBO supply for your business.

Electrical distributors

Define your product range, market documents, packaging and repeat-order requirements.

Private-label brands

Align product identity, sample approval, marking and packaging with your brand requirements.

Panel builders & project buyers

Coordinate residual-current and overcurrent protection with the circuit, connected equipment and distribution-board arrangement.

RCBO series for OEM and wholesale orders.

Explore the models for your range, then confirm the exact configuration and order requirements.

VIOX VRL22 RCBO

VRL22

Type A / AC / ASi

Distribution ranges with combined residual-current and overcurrent protection.

VIOX VRL22F RCBO

VRL22F

Type F

Supply for applications requiring the model’s Type F residual-current response.

VIOX VRL22B RCBO

VRL22B

Type B

Projects requiring smooth-DC residual-current detection, subject to the equipment and installation requirements.

Compare electrical ratings and configurations before choosing the order model.

Residual-current response

Identify AC, A, ASi, F or B, the sensitivity and timing variant. Request operating-current and operating-time test results for that configuration.

Overload and short-circuit protection

Confirm the rated current, overcurrent characteristic and short-circuit rating with its symbol, voltage and test standard. A conditional rating is not interchangeable with breaking capacity.

Poles and neutral arrangement

Match the protected and switched conductors, wiring diagram and supply connection to the approved model. Do not infer the internal arrangement from pole count alone.

Functional and assembly checks

Agree the test-button, insulation, terminal and mechanical inspection scope and the acceptance criteria for samples and production orders.

Production inspection

Order and unit checks under the agreed inspection plan.

Type testing

Design or variant tests with identified standards and conditions.

External certification

Third-party documents with a defined model and rating scope.

Documents matched to
your model and market.

Request certificates and test reports for your exact model, ratings and destination market. Document availability and coverage must be confirmed before ordering.

VRL22 & VRL7E

Match the model designation, residual-current type, rated current, poles and sensitivity against the applicable IEC/EN 61009-1 documents. Confirm destination-market restrictions on Type AC.

VRL22F

Request Type F test results and the applicable IEC/EN 61009-1 and IEC/EN 62423 documents for the exact version. Keep overcurrent and residual-current characteristics distinct.

VRL22B

Confirm that the product, catalog, marking and report identify the same model. Request Type B test scope, the exact short-circuit rating definition and any required backup-protection reference.

EV and power-electronic equipment

Provide the equipment manufacturer’s protection requirements. Type B is a residual-current response classification, not approval for every EV charger, inverter or DC supply circuit.
