Panel Building & Low-Voltage Power Distribution
Organize incoming conductors, main distribution, branch protection, modular mounting and outgoing terminals around one clear switchboard architecture.

Follow the current path through the panel.
Start with the electrical system, then assign distribution, protection, mounting and termination functions to defined panel zones. Device compatibility and complete-assembly performance must be verified for the actual switchboard.

Conceptual architecture—not a wiring diagram or an IEC 61439 assembly verification. The panel builder remains responsible for the complete design, protection coordination, temperature-rise assessment, short-circuit performance, clearances and applicable documentation.
Give every panel zone a defined job.
A serviceable panel separates functions clearly. The exact arrangement varies, but each zone should make the current path, conductor destination and maintenance boundary understandable.
- Incoming & main device zone
- Confirm supply, rated current, fault level, isolation method and the cable-entry or main-terminal arrangement.
- Main distribution zone
- Choose the busbar or distribution-block architecture, conductor material and cross-section, spacing and support method.
- Branch protection zone
- Coordinate protective-device ratings, pole arrangement, neutral treatment, terminal geometry and compatible busbar feed.
- Terminal & outgoing zone
- Separate power, control, neutral and protective conductors with clear destinations, marking and service access.
