Overview
VIOX CJX2s high-current AC contactors are designed for frequent AC
motor starting, control and remote circuit switching. The model range
listed below covers 120–800 A AC-3 at 380/400 V, with three main poles
and a rated insulation voltage of 1000 V. Suitable thermal overload
relays can be combined with the contactors to form motor starters.
Features
- Dual-coil control circuit with separate pull-in and holding
characteristics. - Bottom drawer-type coil construction for maintenance access.
- Standard 2NO + 2NC auxiliary contacts.
- Rail or screw mounting, with model-specific installation
dimensions. - Optional front dust cover and arc barriers for applicable
configurations.

Select the contactor by the motor voltage, utilization category and
model-specific rating. Coil supply voltage is a separate selection from
main-circuit operating voltage. The contactor is used with appropriate
motor and circuit protection.
Dimension
Match the frame size and fitted accessories to the installation
drawing. Dimensions for CJX2s-120–160 and CJX2s-185–800 are shown
separately.
