01 Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to your access to and use of websites operated under the VIOX Electric brand, including banjia.viox.com, together with their pages, tools, files, forms, and related services (collectively, the “Website”). In these Terms, “VIOX,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Website.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Website for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Separate written terms may apply to a quotation, order, distribution arrangement, OEM/ODM project, sample, shipment, or other commercial relationship. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the specific written commercial terms control for that relationship.

02 Website and technical information

The Website may provide product descriptions, drawings, dimensions, selection guides, calculators, comparison tools, standards references, articles, application examples, and other technical material. This material is provided for general product research and preliminary planning.

Website content is not a substitute for project-specific engineering, testing, certification, installation instructions, legal advice, or approval by a competent authority. Standards, editions, national deviations, installation rules, and market-access requirements may change or apply differently to a particular product, system, or destination.

Before specification, purchase, installation, or use, you are responsible for verifying the current product data and suitability with VIOX, a qualified professional, the relevant standard or authority, and—where applicable—an accredited testing or certification body. Do not rely on a calculator, selector, standards finder, diagram, or article as the sole basis for a safety-critical decision.

03 Product information and availability

We aim to keep product information accurate and useful, but photographs, colors, packaging, dimensions, specifications, certifications, standards references, accessories, lead times, and availability may be revised. Images may include options or related products that are not part of a quoted configuration.

A product page, catalog, download, or standards reference is not a binding offer or a representation that every model is available, certified, or suitable in every country. The approved model, ratings, materials, labeling, certification scope, quantity, price, lead time, and delivery terms are those confirmed in the applicable VIOX quotation or order documentation.

Custom, private-label, and OEM/ODM products remain subject to technical review, sample approval where required, minimum quantities, tooling, testing, and written confirmation.

04 Inquiries, quotations, and orders

Submitting an inquiry, project brief, drawing, request for quotation, or contact form does not create an obligation for either party to buy or sell. VIOX may request additional technical, commercial, compliance, or end-use information before issuing or accepting a quotation.

A quotation is valid only for the period stated in it and may be subject to availability, credit approval, export controls, technical confirmation, and other stated conditions. An order becomes binding only in accordance with the applicable written order confirmation or contract.

05 Permitted use

You may view, download, and print Website content for legitimate internal evaluation, specification, procurement, training, or business communication relating to VIOX products, provided you preserve notices and do not misrepresent the source.

07 Information and materials you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of information you submit. You confirm that you have the right to provide any company details, drawings, specifications, messages, files, or other materials and to allow VIOX and its service providers to use them to evaluate your request, communicate with you, prepare a quotation, and perform an agreed project.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, unnecessary sensitive personal information, third-party confidential information, or export-controlled technical data unless VIOX has specifically requested it and you are authorized to disclose it. 08 Third-party links and services

The Website may link to or interoperate with third-party websites, messaging platforms, maps, social networks, logistics providers, payment services, or other services. They are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not necessarily mean that VIOX endorses or controls the third party.

09 Disclaimers and limitation of liability

10 Governing law, enforcement, and changes

Unless mandatory law or a separate written commercial agreement requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith discussion. Any unresolved dispute relating solely to these Terms will be submitted to a competent court at VIOX’s principal place of business in Zhejiang Province, China.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, users, VIOX, or third parties, or to address unlawful or abusive use. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Website, our business, or applicable requirements. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner where required.
