Professional-Grade Terminal Strip Solutions for Electrical Control Systems

The VIOX CM1 Terminal Strip Series represents our commitment to quality and reliability in electrical connection solutions. Designed specifically for control and distribution systems that require stable performance in demanding environments, the CM1 series offers precision-engineered small bus terminals that meet the highest industry standards. Available in both fixed and activity types, these terminal strips provide versatile solutions for various electrical applications.

Superior Engineering for Exceptional Performance

The CM1 terminal strip series is manufactured using premium engineering materials that deliver outstanding performance characteristics. Each terminal is designed with flame-retardant properties, excellent thermal stability, impact resistance, and aging resistance, ensuring long-term reliability even in challenging industrial environments. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to +60°C, these terminals maintain consistent performance across extreme temperature variations, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations.

VIOX’s CM1 terminal strips feature combined copper bars with excellent conductivity, ensuring efficient power transmission with minimal energy loss. The structural design prioritizes secure connections, with installation options that simplify mounting while providing robust attachment to control panels and distribution boxes.

Fixed Type CM1 Terminal Strips: Stability for Critical Applications

The fixed type CM1 terminal strip features a robust design that ensures unwavering stability once installed. With a rated voltage of 500V and a rated current of 15A, these terminals provide reliable connections for control and distribution systems. The fixed structure minimizes the risk of connection loosening due to vibration or thermal cycling, making them ideal for applications where maintenance access is limited or where absolute connection reliability is paramount.

Available in multiple dimensions to accommodate different installation requirements, the fixed type CM1 terminal strips feature precision-engineered mounting holes with a diameter of 6.8mm, facilitating secure attachment to panels and enclosures.

Activity Type CM1 Terminal Strips: Flexibility with Enhanced Current Options

The activity type CM1 terminal strips provide additional flexibility for applications that require more adaptable connection solutions. While maintaining the same high-quality engineering materials and performance characteristics as the fixed type, these terminals offer enhanced current options up to 30A depending on the specific model thickness. This flexibility makes the activity type CM1 terminals particularly suitable for applications with varying power requirements or where system modifications may be necessary.

Connection leads are available for the activity type terminals, offering additional installation options to adapt to specific application requirements. The modular design facilitates system expansion and reconfiguration, providing future-proof solutions for evolving electrical systems.
