Áttekintés
VIOX KCQJ7 motor controllers combine motor switching, overload
protection and phase-loss protection in an IP55 enclosure with
start/stop buttons and status indicators. The range supports motors up
to 18.5 kW at 380 V, with model-specific current setting ranges up to 38
A.

Liquid-level control is intended for suitable conductive water
applications such as water tanks and reservoirs. It is not suitable for
low-conductivity liquids such as petroleum or purified water, flammable
or explosive chemical liquids, or high-density sewage.

listed ranges are separate selections, not one continuously adjustable
0.72–38 A device.

Configure the motor protector for the motor nameplate current before
commissioning. Frame current, protector adjustment range and motor
operating current are distinct selection values. Motor overload
protection does not replace coordinated short-circuit protection.
Wiring and Dimensions
The supplied sheet shows KCQJ7 and KCQJ7-W circuits with a 380 V main
supply and either 380 V or 220 V control supply. Match the diagram to
the supplied version and control voltage. The enclosure maximum outline
is 118 mm wide × 200 mm high × 127 mm deep.
