Material (RoHS) analysis laboratory
The material laboratory is equipped with fluorescence spectrometer, which can test Pb, Cd, Cr, Hg, Br, As and other harmful substances. The melt flow rate meter is used to test the melting index of PC materials. The universal strength tester is used to verify the material performance. Other testing equipment includes leakage tracking tester, oven, temperature humidity alternating test box, drop tester, light source box and hot wire;
Electric life test room
It is applicable to all AC and DC tests of products with rated current less than 100A. The maximum test current can reach 600A, 690V AC and 1000V DC;
MECHANICAL LIFE TEST ROOM
Used for mechanical life verification of MCB, MCCB, AC contactor, disconnector, industrial plug and socket products
IP protection class laboratory
It is used to test the IP protection requirements of outdoor products. The waterproof can be tested by IPX3, IPX4, IPX5, IPX6, IPX7 and IPX8, and the dustproof can be tested by IP5X and IP6X;
