SKKT Type Thyristor Modules

VIOX SKKT thyristor modules deliver robust performance for power electronics and motor control systems. Available in configurations such as dual thyristor and series-connected SCR modules, key specifications include VRRM of 1200V, 1400V, and 1600V, VDRM of 1.4kV and 1.6kV, and IFAV of 40A, 50A, 106A, and 250A.
